Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the manufactures or contractor registered with Municipal Corporation/PWD/PH and B&R and also From Municipal Corporation Societies so as to reach in the office of the undersigned. The tender form may be obtained from the office of the R.K.V. on or before 24/03/2008  against cash payment of Rs. 200/-only The tender from shall be issued  on receipt in favour of the Store Purchase Officer, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana on any working day upto 1.30 p.m. The tender shall be opened on the same day in the presence of tenders of their authorized representative who may like to present at 3.30 p.m.

  • Tenders without earnest money shall be considered invalids.
  • Any or all tenders are liable to be rejected without assigning any reason.
  • Deposit at call receipt for requisite amount will have to shown to the office issuing tender forms.
  • Condition/telegraphic tenders are liable to be rejected.
  • Cutting/overwriting on tenders forms are not allowed.
  • The quantity can be increased on decreased.
  • In case therein declaration of holiday on above mentioned date then tenders will be opened on the next working day.
  • Other terms & conditions can be seen in the officer of Store Keeper MCL.
  • Supply can be taken in the installments. 
  • The firms must have a VAT Number.
